actually, that is not what i meant and obviously you have not read my theory.

"aliens with laser pistols?" came out of your intellect?

There is no place for aliens in matrix universe...really no place at all! matrix is all about earth...machines enslaved humans in the matrix but the humans enslaved the machines on never leaving the earth because they cant get past the clouds...

most people (> 99%) would agree with you that there is no place for aliens in the matrix universe. it's just that many things don't make sense (as in hard to believe) to me about the architect, the second rennaissance, and the actions of the machines. so out of stuff not clicking together, i made what seems to be a pretty outrageous (as in non-believable) theory that i can't think of anything that refutes it.

to whooever made the aliens with pistols remark, i do not mean to insult you in any way.

why do you suppose that the machines with all their fancy technology can't get past the clouds? the clouds were meant to terminate the extraction of solar energy AND not to keep machines on earth. if i was the king of the world facing machines that can destroy the human race in a short period of time, i would want them gone from the planet if they wanted to do so in the beginning.

so tell me, WHY can't the machines with all their fancy technology evolving like there is no tomorrow leave earth? i don't think the clouds have anything to do with that because even a human ship NOT designed to be flying about can reach past the clouds. it just doesn't make sense.
