A martix speech and so confused

Hey, my first post!

For english my class had watched the first matrix movie and now we must do a speech on the holes in the plot of the movie. i can come up with very little and was wondering if anyone could help me out with any things that just dont fit or any bits in the movie that dosent quite add up.
