Thanks to th3 p4th, we have now the original script (see the topic here matrix-explained.com...) and there are several differences.

We learn more about the first One (he's a man, now we're sure of that):

NEO What about the first One?
ORACLE What about him?
NEO Did he reach the Source?

ORACLE Yes.
NEC-Then why didn't he end the war?
ORACLE He did what he was here to do» His path is not your path, Neo. Your path, I'm afraid, is much harder.
NEO Why?
ORACLE Because of the choices you've made.
He sighs, no way out.
NEO What if I can't? What happens if I fail.
ORACLE Then Zion will fall.

----------------------

I already found two in Reloaded :

Before they meet Merv in the Restaurant :

Neo whispers to Trinity.
NEO
Remember, he's not human. None of them are.

Here, Merv kisses Trinity's hand and Persephone wears sunglasses.

-------------------------

Also, when Neo leaves the Architecte, here is what happens on Archie's side :

NEO If I were you, I would hope that we don't meet again.
ARCHITECT We won't.
Neo throws open the door and the Architect is flashed with light before returning his attention to the monitors—
Where Trinity is now found by the Agents, firing and running as we enter the monitors—

If you see any other differences or cut scenes, please mention them, I'd be glad to hear about them.

Neo:"there is no spoon"
Merovingian:"there is no lipstick!"

Of course he was. Morpheus was a zealot and his actions may have thus been misguided. But nothing he related was shown later to be false. He just didn't have the whole picture.

So when you hear about a "man born inside", you can take it for what it is.

I'm agreeing intell, All of the six ones must be human. The architect said so!
And i believe him.

But he thought that the Oracle was human too (as did Neo), for what we know, the first One was different from Neo, maybe was he a program like Smith who went rogue.

I have checked your link th3 p4th (btw, nice avatar; did you draw it yourself ?), it's really interesting, I'll read the scripts asap !
Thanks to Tozy for bringing this.

Info about the old Reloaded script:

sfy.ru...

Quote:

I wrote this script. It didn't come from Wachowskis whatsoever. I wrote it at work in about 2 days because I couldn't wait for "Reloaded" to hit theaters. I'm going to write my own version of "Revolutions" based on this script after the book I'm currently writing because I recently ego-searched this script and found many fans.

and

I wrote this script in about two days at work before 'Reloaded' came out. I wrote it because I was so anxious for the movie that I had to have something to tide me over. Also, I then posted it and tipped off some fanboy sites about the 'leak.' I wanted to see if people would buy into it. If anyone wants the 'Revolutions' that would follow this script, email me. If more than a few people want it, I'll crank one out.

Other info:

Eva Mendes, Samantha Mumba, Brandy Norwood and Tatyana Ali were all rumored to be possible replacements for the character of Zee, after the initial choice Aaliyah died in a plane crash on 25 August 2001. Nona Gaye (daughter of late Motown legend Marvin Gaye) was eventually cast in the role.

Lara Dutta was offered a role in this film as well as The Matrix Revolutions (2003), but turned the part down because she didn't like the script.

Larry Wachowski and Andy Wachowski have been approached to direct Batman Begins (2005) but turned down for doing the Matrix sequels.

The role of Seraph was originally written specifically for Jet Li. When Li declined, the role was then changed to a female and offered to Michelle Yeoh, who turned it down due to scheduling conflicts.

The movie's codename, The Burlyman, is the title of the first screenplay that the Wachowski Brothers developed for Four Corners Productions.

The original plan for releasing The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions (2003) was to release them weeks apart, not months.

Canadian actress and model Brendalee Doen was cast as the "Beautiful Woman at Le Vrai", but was unable to play the role as she was deported by Australian immigration authorities for attempting to work on an expired visa. The role was given to Tory Mussett.

In the architect scene, many of the monitors are showing scenes from Ron Fricke's Baraka (1992).

* Sean Connery was originally picked to play The Architect, but turned it down because he couldn't understand the concept of the movie. Connery mentions this in an interview on the The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003) DVD.

You may report errors and omissions on this page to the IMDb database managers. They will be examined and if approved will be included in a future update. Clicking the button on the left will take you through a step-by-step process.

Sean Connery was originally picked to play The Architect, but turned it down because he couldn't understand the concept of the movie. Connery mentions this in an interview on the The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003) DVD.

Gloria Foster died before she could complete any scenes for the third film as well as Enter the Matrix (2003) (VG). 'Mary Alice' took the role of the Oracle for both the third movie and the game. In "Revolutions", the initial conversation when Morpheus and Trinity meet the "new" Oracle was adapted to reference her changed appearance. The alternative was to have Morpheus and Trinity pretend not to notice, which perhaps would have been even more awkward.

The final showdown, between Smith and Neo is based on the final fight from the Korean film Injeong sajeong bol geot eobtda (1999).

Cameo: [John Gaeta] An APU operator.

Seraph is the singular of Seraphim, a Hebrew word that means: "the burning ones".

Larry Wachowski and Andy Wachowski were approached to direct, and even wrote their own treatment based on Frank Miller's graphic novel "Batman: Year One", but turned down the offer and made the Matrix sequels instead.

The special - "Dragonball" - chi - code energy attack - that Neo does in the original scripts of Reloaded and Revolutions can be seen at the storyboards that are on the Zion Archive dvd of the boxset. And it's pretty cool! Thumbup

After reading the scripts you might have noticed that some scenes were made shorter. I believe that they are actually filmed and later removed.

I already found two scenes that were filmed but are not present in the films: Seraph, Sati and Oracle walking away (last lines in the Revolutions script) and a line that Oracle doesn't say to Neo in Revolutions but it's in the script.

RAMA:We have heard much about you. Where we come from you are called "the one that is expected."

Now,what does that mean?Does it mean that he is expected to join them in the Machine city? Shocked

"Here lies Arthur, the once and future King"

Messiahs in all traditions are often referred to in some way that means "He who has been and will be again." Rama is just saying that Neo is "the One who's coming was foretold."

In Buddhist scripture, Shakyamuni does not usually call himself Buddha, he calls himself the "Tathagata." Which means "the thus gone one." Sometimes interpretted as "the one who has come."

My guess is that a lot of programs know that the Architect's obsession for logic is the principal cause of the anomaly and that the anomaly is impossible to control, so they know that his stratagem with destroying/rebuilding Zion would not last forever, he can just postpone it.

In Reloaded script before Neo fights for the first time the upgraded Agents he opens the door and looks outside. This was actually never filmed.

Proof:

Keanu isn't wearing his custome and just checks how the scene goes. He says some of his lines and gets Smith's envelope.

Keanu: All right, I just ripped this up.
Production: Thanks. That was our last one too.
Keanu: *Laughing* The show is getting smaller and smaller. We're not oppening the door, this is the last envelope with a rock inside it. [...]

Nice catch, also Smith says "that went as predicted" instead of "expected".
