»I need some answers to the Matrix in general! PLEASE«

I have seen all 3 Matrix's and I was completely lost at the end of revolutions. When Neo and Smith were fighting in their last battle Smith said to everything there is a beginning and an end. The Oracle also said that, and when Smith was like this is wrong wait no no no- yeah then we say the Oracle laying there? What happened? Did Neo win the fight and Smith and all Smith Agent Guys die? Or what? And what was the the Architect talking about to the Oracle in the park with the little girl? Oh- and one more question. The morning after the in the park, when the sun was rising in the gold tone.... was that Neo? And is he dead? Or in Zion? And is the Matrix gone now that Neo possible defeated Smith? PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESIONS I AM SOOO CONFUSED~!

Smith is only able to exist because:
a) he chose not to delete himself when Neo defeated him. He has become a renegage program. If you go back to the Matrix, when he was interrogating Morpheous, he was already deviating from his intended purpose when he removed his ear piece.
b) he has the power of Neo because he said himself that something from Neo got imprinted on him.
c) he is Neo's negative (according to the Oracle). Therefore, 1 - 1 = 0. Corny, yes, but it seems that the only way to beat Smith is to be combined with him. Neo got the que when the Oracle, through Smith, uttered, "everything that has a beginning has an end". It was the Oracle who said this through Smith because Smith said the name Neo instead of Mr. Anderson. With this Neo knew it was time for him to go as well.

Neo and Smith and all the Smith copies went back to the source. The copies returned to their original self as well. This is evident through the Oracle and Sati lying on the pavement.
