This might sound like hopeless hope, but what if the Wachowskis are making a fourth Matrix film in secret. Highly unlikely, but it does sound like something they'd do. Just when we think it's all over they hit us with another one. Plus, it would explain the unsatisfactory ending to Revolutions.

Too good to be truth...besides that Keanu Reeves is tired from the movies. It was a very tyring movie to do: 2 actresses dies (the first oracle and the first choosen actresse for Niobe it was not the actual one). That deaths and the movie-making itself are very very heavy, very tyring...i suppose that some actors will not do the matrx...

Im sure they wouldnt but think of all of us sitting day in and day out and talking on this forum... we wants it... we needs it

They wont make any more movies, if they want to carry on the stroey they will us other types of media, like MxO.

Why weren't you satisfied with the ending of Revolutions? I'm just curious, because a lot of people seem to not like the ending. personally I love Revolutions.

I liked the ending, mabye the oracle bit dragged but still its not the worse look at LOTR3

While yes revolutions ended in such a way that, you assume that a forth movie is to be made, but unfortunatly its not that is why MxO was made to follow on from were the movie had left off.

And that is because those that comprehend what the W's are trying to say will be provoked/disappointed by the ending of Revolutions.

MxO allows some to 'wake up' and continue the story and decide how it goes.

I just want to post this. all the matrix films were amzing and probably the biggest mind game head fucking film u will ever see.. thats what i think personally. I want there to be a Matrix 4, theres to much left undelt with - every begining has an end but the orical said that they would see neo again i been told so many rumours and bullshit storys about whats going to happen or not u dont know what to believe even an anime version would be good anything. As for the rumours i been told of reeves saying he wouldnt star in another one well replace him who gives a fuk - as most ppl know the original orical died in sep 11th may she rest in piece but that didnt stop them from carrying on the script. i like star wars ever since i was a kid and they made what 6 films cartoons ewoks of endor and im afraid to say i personally think matrix is better than starwars ever could be but its on a different level totally. i dont buy films no more or go to the cinema whats the point u can get em all for free on here except the matrix i brought em all. its good money for them good viewing for me and a film/s u can watch over and over again. i dont think there will ever be another film like the matrix ever again. even LOTR they bring out three and low n behold the HOBBIT soon to be out no doubt the samwise gangi film will be next from the book.

i just had enuff of rumours and hope personally they do bring out another one even to end the film for good or make it ongoing cause in revolutions the film wasnt ended seems like it only just begun another film.

so come on ppl its been months and months they released yet another matrix game is there gonna be another matrix i dl cashern just to see how it stood up against matrix amazing film but doesnt touch matrix. anyone know any rumours of the next matrix comming out if it is if they wont any new anime anything i wanna know and im sure other ppl do share ya knowledge or rumours

They can't make a fourth Matrix film. In MxO, Morpheus is supposely dead from a mysterious figure known as the Assassin. They can't and they won't make a fourth Matrix movie. It will totally blow without Morpheus. Also, Trinity is dead, so that would make another reason not to make a fourth M-movie. Any why would they make another one? Yes, they are very cheap due to the release of Path of Neo, that has the gayest ending *!* Who would be the evil character?

Well i was thinking more along the lines of Neo gets taken away into the machines so what if he became like the machine master or some sh*t like that cause there is no reason why they take neo away like a machine ceremonal funeral but we dont even know if he has died or what does neo become like some robocop dude. as for morph dying wtf i aint seen that bit lol mxo? whats mx0 ?

If they make a fourth Matrix movie. They will probably make a whole new story with a whole new cast. It's possible Morpheus (Lawrence) could reprise his role... who knows. But I doubt they would bring back the original characters. Trinity is dead. Neo is dead... I don't think they would make a continuation but they could do a whole new story with new characters which is what I think they should do and may do in the future. Probably not anytime soon but maybe in the next few years. Who knows. But I would love to see another Matrix movie(s).
