Don't think its the one person thing. But I think an agent can only move so fast. Her gun was right next to his head. Booyahh! bazoom!

Edit: Sorry about the double post. Had to get the gun in.

Edit #2: I am not sorry about the double post any longer.

In The Matrix: Path of Neo, Neo calls out to Trinity when you're dodging Agent gunfire and she can shoot them dead. I don't think they're capable as programs of dodging bullets and shooting someone at the same time... perhaps?

PoN is a game. Whitelaugh

I don't take seriously a matrix game when I see Neo fighting gigantic ants!

Yeah but it was a good game! I liked it. Whitelaugh Besides, fighting the red humanoid ants in that creepy Esher-like level was fun. Evilthoughts So if you thought it was a funny game than that is fine by me! 3Tooth

Me: No. He is fine for now.

I believe Agent Jones was functioning under a priority protocol... Kill Neo! When firing at Neo whether in the movie, or the video game, the Agent's #1 priority was to shoot and kill Neo. The reason the Agent was able to dodge the bullets was because he was operating under a "evade and survive" protocol in order to await Neo running out of bullets so he could then execute the "destory Neo" protocol. It is possible the original (non-upgraded) Agents in M1 were only able to execute 1 protocol at a time. Remember they are just programs.

That is my take on the discussion.

And for the record... I love PON! The fighting controls are super-sweet. In fact, I am still playing it to this day. Finally was able to acquire "The One" difficulty setting. Smile

P.S. Please respond to the Agent Bullet dodge section of my post, not the PON part. Maybe we should start a PON forum for stuff like that, trying my best to stay on topic. Very Happy

Neo: "I need time."

In "enter the matrix", when Niobi was fighting the Agent on the airplane, he could not move while she was shooting at him (he was doing his bullet dodging thing).

I think they must be immobile (notice how just the bust is moving, not the feet).

Neo:"there is no spoon"
Merovingian:"there is no lipstick!"
