»The Machine "God" and Neo«

Ok I have been a member of this board for quite some time and I have been reading and not posting, BUT I don't belive that anyone has said anything about this yet, I saw Revolutions for the Second time yesterday, and at the end of the movie when Neo confronts the machine god, I made sure to really look at the machine's "face" before jacking Neo into the Matrix to defeat Smith, and really looking at the machine's "face" after Neo has "died", The machine's face after Neo dies has a striking resemblance to Neo's face, when it had NO resemblance before jacking him in. is this something that anyone else saw? or am I just seeing things and I should shut up right now? LOL

No...I didn't notice it...but I'm seeing Revolutions again this weekend, so I'll try to watch carefully.

Cool, now we can see if was just me or not... cuz i thought before he was jacked in, the machine looked a bit like the architect and after it looked like neo...

I guess you can see any face you want if you let your imagination aid you. I think it looked like a poor pixeled picture of my father...

seriously.. those small "sentinels" or whatever aren't really the best items to make up a face..

They used someones baby to make the deus face. Yes, the deus face is that of a baby, I'm not kidding.

Yipman is right, if you ever seen The Matrix Revolutions Revisited, they explained that for Deus Ex Machina's face they used a babies face. After Neo died I really couldnt see anything different about its face.

People keep on saying that they think the Deus Ex Machina's face changes to resemble Neo. The problem is that I can't see any difference from the baby-face. However, when so many people keep saying the SAME thing perhaps there is something in it....

Never saw this thread, but I've posted before that I thought that the being who says "It is done" at the end is Neo as the Deus Ex Machina. I've never noticed that the face looked like Neo though, him becoming Deus just always made the most sense.

Since Deus is the Atman of the machine world, one who attend enlightenment and became Brahmin would be the Deus (Neo's code having been disseminated throughout the machine-verse, he would become their new omnipresent God).
