Neo feels the machine god at the end of the movie because neo has mastered the matrix. The matrix in turn is linked to the boss machine.

Because neo can hear the machines so can the oracle.

The oracle knows what she knows because she created the whole situation with the one and the freedom of humans in the first place..

She was one step ahead of the machines..
