First, I have to say: Revolutions rules! \o/ I'm going to watch it again tomorrow. Cool
But there is one thing I didn't get. How can Neo have special powers in the real world? Have the machines put something into him when they created him?
And if Neo has these powers, then his predecessors had them too. But they couldn't save Zion. Did they fail, because they have chosen the wrong door (Architect's room)?

At this point I tend to think Neo achieved abilities in the real world similiar to John Murdoch in DARK CITY.
