In the game they all appear yellow.. O_O what's up with that..? I thought seraph wath unique.. .__.

The reason qhy Neo is gold in PoN is simply to make it easier to keep track of your character during fights if youview it in code vision. There's no deeper meaning than that in PoN, didn't you see the ending? It isn't meant to be taken seriously.

I don't know. Offcourse it's entertainment, but the brothers still put in hints I think. One of them talked for a bit about Satori and finding the balance between free will and faith. So although it is being brought in an humoristic way, they are still giving away facts, links and hints.

Not only the Witch has special powers in the Matrix. One of the special red pills that Neo has to rescue (the asian guy who looks abit like Seraph) is able to beat an agent! While it was believed all the time that only Neo could beat an agent.

This makes me think that the 'gregory'-script, of which many people think it is not from the hands of the W-brothers, is genuine after all. In this script they talk about other humans who have developed special powers just like Neo. Gregory, who is supposed to be Neo's opposite, seems to have the exact same powers as Neo.

I think that these 'people' are the result of the systemic anomaly emerging more and more and this might be the 'disaster' the Architect talks about.

I think that the difference between these people and Neo is that Neo is an artifical anomaly. Neo is a pawn in a meisure of control and he has been assigned with the sum of all the anomolous code in the Matrix (hence the name 'integral anomaly'; he is the sum of all machine-fears so to speak). The other people that develop special powers are not in the control of the machines. They are a result of the weakening of the Matrix' rulesets thanks to a growing denial within the 1%-group. Combined with their intuitive talent, they can break certain rules within the Matrix.

While Neo is the integral anomaly, he can break every rule. Neo is the anomaly defined in a pure form, a pure variable. It's his function to return to the Source, so that the Matrix can start off with a clean slate.

Exiled programs that have special powers is a different thing. I don't think they can pull this off because of the systemic anomaly. They can pull it of because they are abusing/bending their abilities for illegal activities and maybe because parts of their code have become 'corrupted'.
