How did agent smith get inside of Bane and how can agent smith reproduce himself by sticking his hand inside of people (ie. Morpheus). ALso, what is smith trying to do, destroy the one? Destroy Morpheus? Any answers a good answer...unless it is bad

Both questions cannot be answered yet. Maybe Smith is overwriting people's purpose with his own.

Lemme take a crack at it............ like I've said in a different post, Smith is now what we would term a virus.( the matrix is after all just a computer program) In the first movie Morpheus told Neo we all have what is called residual self image. In order for that self image to show up in the matrix it has to be downloaded into the system. When Smith stuck his hand into Bane's chest he overwrote the program(or infected it as viruses do) that provides Bane's self image. Because Bane was originally a "program" from the outside world the new Smith was able to "log in" to Bane's human body.
As Morpheus said, the matrix is a computer program and as such has certain rules it must adhere to. Some of them can be bent and others can be broken.

I don't see how this stuff is hard to understand.

Agent Smith clearly shows he hates humans (re: the interrogation scene with Morpheus; Smith says he can smell and taste humans stench and he hates it)

Neo and Smith fight.. something happens.. code was change in Smith.. no he is able to do more stuff like copying hisself into people in the matrix rather then just taking one over at a time.

Why is he able to take Bane over? Think about the matrix. When you log in and interact with people and then unplug yourself you still remember everything that happened in the matrix.. how is that possible? Obvious the mechanical connection inside the brain that allows you to plug into the matrix writes stuff to you memory.. otherwise how would remember all that stuff that happened in the matrix.

All Smith did was copy over his code into Bane code inside the matrix... kinda like copying over someones save game file. Then when he picks up the phone Banes 'save game file' gets sent back to his body. He wakes up.. and rather then remembering who he is.. his mind is filled with Smiths memorys so in affect he becomes Smith and is driven to kill Neo.

if the matrix is destroyed and all of the people in it are 'set free' into zion, will those people that smith has reprogrammed all have his evil (perhaps?) intentions and personality but still their normal zion bodies?
