Hey, did anybody think of that:

Smith is taking over Seraph and the newly possessed fighting skills enable him to win against Neo.

If you are talking about the moment in the new trailer, where someone is sitting down with three Smith's around the sitting person, then you may have something. I was looking at the trailer just now and I saw some flowers in the right corner, which seems to me like a trademark of the oracle's kitchen. The thing is, why would that be Seraph and not the ORACLE?

We've never seen the oracle's code, perhaps it is as brilliant as Seraph's. Although I think it is safe to say that seraph's code seemed unique to Neo upon their meeting, which implies that he had never seen it before, it does not mean that the oracle isn't as bright, since he looked at seraph's code before he was able to look at the oracle's code (If you think of it, Neo first began to see the code at the end of M1, then in M2 he meets Seraph before the Oracle, never allowing him to view her code before Seraph's). I'm rambling.... point is, although I think the scene in the trailer is set in the Oracle's kitchen, I am still skeptical to whether the person seated is the Oracle herself or Seraph.

One final thing, the infamous laughing Smith in the trailer looks like he is in a kitchen, and if one thinks that the above scene is in the oracle's kitchen, then what is he laughing about? Has he learned some type of secret from the person (Oracle/Seraph) he "possessed?" Or is that just Smith being weird?

As I write on

maybe he is laughing WITH the Oracle, that they have tricked Neo/Zionites into something.

I don't think that Smith is laughing with the Oracle, the laugh is quite spooky something like Waaaaahaaaahaaahhaaaaahaaa.
Quite an evil, twisted laugh (love it!) Twisted Evil

I still think that oracle is not good for neo. I said it before: crows, playground closed, then apear smith, the red "candy", mmmm..... may be is not the real oracle, may be she the merovigian program with the oracle shield....

Now u see me, Now u don't!

Maybe Smith just found those COOKIES that trigger the One powers.
So he's like
"Cookies!!!!!!!!! I found them!!! Booooahhaahahahahahaha"

ALSO I've been wondering who was that "green code" with 3 Smiths in the Trailer..... man.... who could it be
now I'm watching it... DAMN!
THAT"S right that's the Oracle's kitchen there flowers on the right and cabinets on the left.

-Seraph. Possible, but he seems to be fighitng along side Trinity and Morpheus who "decend" into hades to save Neo.
-Oracle. Possible. Seraph abandoned her to go with morepheus so she has no protection, or Seraph joins Morpheus because the oracle has been killed.
-Smith. It's possible that's smith changing into something else, something more powerful

anyway, we dont really know.

That's HILLARIOUS! Very Happy heheheheheheh, I love it. As for my previous post, I watched M1 again and compared the scene with Smith laughing. He is in the Oracle's kitchen. The cabinets are orange and the tile is green. We also know that Neo and the Oracle both have scenes in the kitchen by watching the trailers (I forget which one). The only person we never see (from this debate) in the kitchen is Seraph. Still, that doesn't prove anything.

Trinity dies. Neo's connection with Smith is the catylist for the conclusion. Neo is able to function in the machine world to an extent. I.E. he can see what is in the machine realm. His eyes are burnt between a fight and Smith imposter from the end of Reloaded, and he can only see a fiery type of vision which translates to what exists through the machines. Ending: He and trinity go to the machine city with no ammo, etc. He tries to stop the attacking sentinels (with his Smith connection ability to control machines) but he cannot handle the massive numbers. They fly above the scorched sky (and see the sun) and then crash into a huge machine building. Trinity dies here. Neo gets out and a bunch of little machines approach him in the facade of the Architech. Neo says that "the program Smith has grown..." and that he can stop him. The machines plug him into the Matrix, and thus --Smith-Neo fight. While this is happening Zion is being destroyed, well until Neo starts talking with the Architech, then the Sentinels stop. Neo defeats Smith (and the last bit of dialog between the two is really good) and defeats him, but overcoming Smith's half of the symbiosis, doing this he is able to become "one with the machines" and destroy the Smith's from within. This scene shows Neo, arms spread, turning into this ball of light, very Christ Ascension-like. Then rejoice-yea! and the concluding scene with the Architech, Oracle (who is taken over by smith earlier), and other programs still living inside the Matrix, which is left standing, now that the machines are at peace (forcefully) with the humans.

Ummm, Okay.

Anyway, I don't think I've ever heard of a Bad Oracle in all of literature.
So, mythologically, the oracle has to be good or neutral, I think.

Ok, and what does that have to do with this topic?
If you want to attempt to spoil the movie, the least you could do is post a new topic.

If you get bored, watch the segment where he's "taking over someone" and remove the green backround, lighting and smith. Zoom in on the head of the charactor, hair looks familiar doesn't it? Looks like the oracle to me Smile Maybe that's why he's laughing in her apartment, he's either laughing at his sinister deed, or the fact that he's realized something ironic from her.

It would make sense if Smith had taken over the Oracle. We know that he can do this strnge thing to prgrams (like other agents) and we definitely know that he is in the Oracle's kitchen. So, the only other person that we've seen in front of that background is the Oracle. It would make sense that the Smith which we see in front of the backdrop is the recently converted Oracle. Just like in Reloaded, when right before he imprints onto another agent, the agent says "you!", and after the imprint, smith says "yes, me. Me Me Me", and the new imprint says "me too". Oracle/Smith's laugh in the kitchen is Oracle's first line as Smith, just as "Me too" is Agent X's first line as Smith.

Just a thought.

Neo: It ends tonight...
Smith: I know it does, i have seen it
