SOPHIA OPENS BANK ACCOUNT WITH 'ZIONS' BANK
posted feb.02.2005

For all you Matrix fanz, you'll want to know that as was written in the article 'Mother of the Matrix' by Kamou Voudon, we are partaking in a real-life Matrix. Just as there are foes that have been against Sophia gettin' her due credit for her creative work, The Third Eye, so has there been positive forces that have been consistently drilling into the concrete wall of ignorance and deceit. Like a blade of grass that penetrates a concrete sidewalk over tyme, the physical blessingz of truth are beginning to swing in Sophia's favor.

As you all should know from our last update (read below), Sophia's case will begin (if they do not settle out-of-court) this July 2005. With this being coined "The Case of the Century" so will be the expenses. Sophia's legal fees daily will be in the thousandz and it is tyme for the true believerz in more than just Sophia and her case, but the believerz of truth, justice and equality to assist Sophia with her legal fees.

Although Sophia will eventually become one of the richest people on the planet, she isn't just yet. With Sophia's permission, I call upon the people to consider makeing a donation to help Sophia with her legal expenses. There are millionz of fanz world-wide so she's not asking for large sumz. Any amount will help. Even donationz of $1 can go a long way if you do the math.

To assist in Sophia's donationz, she has opened up an account with (get this) Zions Bank! And for you biblical hedz, her bank managerz name is Daniel Rajos (Book of Revelationz), with Mary Martinez as her Account Rep. For those that know about how we write about subliminalz, this is definitely one of them!

As I stated, no amount is too small. Trust that Sophia's very grateful for you even considering to help. I ask that you send whatever your heart compelz you to. The address to her bank is:

Zions Bank
174 W. 600 N.
Salt Lake City, UT 84116

Sophia's Account info:
Account Number: 545-33479-9
Routing Number: 124000054

You can contact both Zions Bank Manager and Account Rep:
Daniel Rajos - Bank Manager
Mary J. Martinez - Bank Acct. Rep
(801)524.2680 phone
(801)524.2682 fax

To contact Sophia:
For media only: Stupid email address
For business only: Stupid email address
For fans/music/mp3s only: Stupid email address

Oh great.

So what they're telling us is that without people's money they wouldnt be able to go through with the trial ? What were they thinking , that it would cost pennies ?

Call me a psycho, but if they collect several thusand $ from donations and then drop the case, ...i wouldnt be much surprised.

That would be fucked up, but nothing new.

I call bullshido. She sues them and ha sthe gaul to ask us to pay for it? If she really did write it then she'll be able to pay court costs easily.

Hey Sophia! Send me your script and let me make up my own damn mind.

If I give you money, then give it back to me when you win.

Third condition: give me money to fight my own copyright battle. It is not specualtion or opinion, but it is seems to be a fact that I am getting ripped off in the UK and parts of the USA. But these people are not a bilion-dollar empire so it is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Plus I have neither the gender nor the race card to play and that limits my ability to raise some sort of legal defence fund. For ME to pay LAWYERS , YOUR money to get back what should have never been taken from me in the first place.

Certainly, if I was Merv, there are a few people that would deserve deletion.

Black Author wins The Matrix Copyright Infringement Case

daghettotymz.com...

This little known story has met a just conclusion, as Sophia Stewart, African American author of The Matrix will finally receive her just due from the copyright infringement of her original work! Monday, October >4th 2004 ended a six-year dispute involving Sophia Stewart, the Wachowski Brothers, Joel Silver and Warner Brothers. Stewart's allegations, involving copyright infringement and racketeering, were received and acknowledged by the Central District of California, Judge Margaret Morrow residing.

Stewart, a New Yorker who has resided in Salt Lake City for the past five years, will recover damages from the films, The Matrix I, II and III, as well as The Terminator and its sequels. She will soon receive one of the biggest payoffs in the history of Hollywood, as the gross receipts of both films and their sequels total over 2.5 billion dollars.

Stewart filed her case in 1999, after viewing the Matrix, which she felt had been based on her manuscript, "The Third Eye," copyrighted in 1981. In the mid eighties Stewart had submitted her manuscript to an ad placed by the Wachowski Brothers, requesting new sci-fi works.

According to court documentation, an FBI investigation discovered that more than thirty minutes had been edited from the original film, in an attempt to avoid penalties for copyright infringement. The investigation also stated that "credible witnesses employed at Warner Brothers came forward, claiming that the executives and lawyers had full knowledge that the work in question did not belong to the Wachowski Brothers." These witnesses claimed to have seen Stewart's original work and that it had been "often used during preparation of the motion pictures." The defendants tried, on several occasions, to have Stewart's case dismissed, without success.

Stewart has confronted skepticism on all sides, much of which comes from Matrix fans, who are strangely loyal to the Wachowski Brothers. One on-line forum, entitled Matrix Explained has an entire section devoted to Stewart. Some who have researched her history and writings are open to her story. Others are suspicious and mocking. "It doesn't bother me," said Stewart in a phone interview last week, "I always knew what was true."

Some fans, are unaware of the case or they question its legitimacy, due >to the fact that it has received little to no media coverage. Though the case was not made public until October of 2003, Stewart has her own explanation, as quoted at aghettotymz.com:

"The reason you have not seen any of this in the media is because Warner Brothers parent company is AOL-Time Warner... this GIANT owns 95 percent of the media... let me give you a clue as to what they own in the media business... New York Times papers/magazines, LA Times papers/magazines, People Magazine, CNN news, Extra, Celebrity Justice, Entertainment Tonight, HBO, New Line Cinema, Dreamworks, Newsweek, Village Roadshow... many, many more!... They are not going to report on themselves. They have been suppressing my case for years..."

Fans who have taken Stewart's allegations seriously, have found eerie mythological parallels, which seem significant in a case that revolves around the highly metaphorical and symbolic Matrix series. Sophia, the Greek goddess of wisdom has been referenced many times in speculation about Stewart. In one book about the Goddess Sophia, it reads, "The black goddess is the mistress of web creation spun in her divine matrix"

Although there have been outside implications as to racial injustice (Stewart is African American), she does not feel that this is the case. "This is all about the Benjamins," said Stewart. "It's not about money with me. It's about justice."

Stewart's future plans involve a record label, entitled Popsilk Records, and a motion picture production company, All Eyez On Me, in reference to God. "I wrote The Third Eye to wake people up, to remind them why God put them here. There's more to life than money," said Stewart. "My whole to the world is about God and good and about choice, about spirituality over 'technocracy'."

If Stewart represents spirituality, then she truly has prevailed over the "technocracy" represented in both the Terminator and the Matrix, and now, ironically, by their supposed creators.

Stewart is currently having discussions with CBS about a possible exclusive story and has several media engagements in the near future to nationally publicize her victory. June 13th 2004. Sophia Stewart's press release read: "The Matrix & Terminator movie franchises have made world history and have ultimately changed the way people view movies and how Hollywood does business, yet the real truth about the creator and creation of these films continue to elude the masses because the hidden secret of the matter is that these films were created and written by a Black woman... a Black woman named Sophia Stewart. But Hollywood does not want you to know this fact simply because it would change history. Also it would encourage Black children to realize a dream and that is... nothing is impossible for them to achieve!"

What the heck? Didn't someone else already sue James Cameron over the Terminator, and win? That makes three writers. I call bullshido.

can you provide a link to this site that says that it is true? because i can provide you with some that say it is false.

why would she be asking for money to pay for her court fees if she has already won? if she has won, she will not need any money at all, she will be set, for life...and so will her children, childrens children, and probably several generations of her family long after she is dead will never have to work a day in their life.

that other site may say its true, but track down the official original article that was released, by a salt lake city newspaper, and read the entire article...even the bottom, where there is a disclaimer that tells you that the article is in fact false.

if the link that you provided in your first post said that it is true/ she has won...you need to read that site a little more. if you check her ghetto-news-whatever website, you will see updates dated after the article claiming her victory telling about how the court case is about to start.

it will start in july this year. how can a court case start if that case has already been won?

if she had really won, and this is (as claimed by her websites) the "case of the century" and she took the winnings that she is trying to get, something around the figure of over $600million, i can promise you that it will be in the news and people will know about it.

very well said, 66Scorpio.

sounds like a get rich quick scheme to me, i mean if ur going to be extremely rich in the next few years, why want more?

Even if its true that the idea is stolen, why doesnt she just be happy that her ideas r popular?

And i could barely read Allone's writing, too many z's. Shocked

And, "Sophia Sings" Why dont you be a little bit more obvious next time? this is one of the few good websites on the internet, and i dont want to be pestered by some complaining person. (you expect me to believe that your first post was about a page long? cmon shelly, i mean CMON)

Althought i think Darius said it best

Trial lawyers will take on a case for "free" if it has merit. Then they share in the spoils. The lawyer's pay is "contingent" on winning the case, so they only do this for strong cases.

Can't we just give money to "Schizophrenics Anonymous". They have a special "Delusions of Grandeur Fund" which I'm sure will provide services to Stewart in one way or another.
