So im on the wagon everyone else is on
I have thrown out all the hub bub about the stories and am just anticipating the movie.......Bought my preorder ticket today
By the by i live in Trinidad in the Caribbean and yup we are getting it on opening day. Got my 2pm ticket. Its the first showing here.
Ok so back to my point and my theories
I still have this lingering thought about Councellor Hammond. I think he is a machine or is with them in some way. Here are my reasons, some are far fetched:
1. Neo wakes up from another dream (we think its Trinity dying, but we dont know, we just see a scene where Bane is cloned) for some reason and looks like he "feels" something. As he comes outside Hammond is there, on the SAME floor, RIGHT near his door.
2. He tells NEO that its GOOD that he doesnt sleep. It means he is still human. Realy? Isnt it the other way around? Machines dont need sleep.
3. He carries NEO to the engineering section of ZION. He said he comes here late at night because its quiet and no one ever comes around here really. Strange he likes to be around the machines.
4. Points out the fact that it is ironic we want to destroy machines when we need them for our everyday life. If we destroy the machines we will still depend on them.
5. Tells NEO he has no idea how he can do the things he can do, he cannot understand it. Pretty similar to the machines who consider NEO an anomaly that they cannot get rid of or understand.
My point? Someone on a post somewhere pointed out that the face shown by the Deus Ex Machina or whatever it is called looks like Hammond. Maybee not, it also resembles a baby face.
My point, if Hammond is HEAD of the council wouldnt it be ironic that he would be HEAD of the machine world?
