They showed part of the Smith vs Neo fight when they are in the air.

As Neo and Smith are fighting it shows a scene looking out from the inside of a building. The shot focuses on Smith and Neo but if you look closely you can see that there are people looking out at Neo and Smith through the windows and they are ALL Smith. More proof that Smith has taken over most of the Matrix?
