This might have been posted already, but here it goes. I think Sati has the potenial to be the next One like the orphans in the first movie. To back this I used the idea that a program has to be writen for a couple to "have" a child. So when writing the program, which is most likely done by a high ranking program, a small fracture of the Code is imprinted on the child's data, which allows for a extrenal connection to the Scoure and thus grants the One(or a potenial) the amazing powers it has.

Now for the question, why can't the rebels use a wireless link to get out of the matrix.
