Wouldn't you think if she wanted people to get off her back she would let us (the fans) see the script and make our own judgement calls
The first page does sound similiar to neo though...

Yeah but that doesn't matter when it comes to money and a lawsuit.

It sounds like Neo because theyre both based on Jesus, "I-Khan" being an almost direct rip off of Jesus book of revelations style.

Hi fellows
first of all please excuse my poor english
I want to tell you my opinion about Sophia Stewart case
I am writer and director by myself and I can tell you honestly that I think that no court in the world would adjudges she's right. In her script there is no any similarities to "Matrix" and "Terminator" movies in terms of "copyright infringement". For me the case is clear. The only thing the court may have for reason to begin a lawsuit is evidences from people who worked in "Matrix"-crew /there was some mentions about it/. But I think that finally truth will triumph - and as I said - my opinion is that S.Steward's script has nothing in common with movies "The Matrix" and "Terminator".
That's all for me:-)

Well, pretty much, looked very different than the matrix. I did see a few things that were the same.

Red pill
Morpheus
The One
Trinity

That was about it. And if you can sue for copyright infringement on that, there will be a hell of a lot of lawsuits.

Does it have you?

Here you go..
Matrix: theforbiddenknowledge.com...
Matrix Reloaded: theforbiddenknowledge.com...
Matrix Revolutions: theforbiddenknowledge.com...

And to the one post wonder "PariahKing" its the scripts, word for word. The only things which MAY not be exact are the items in bracket..

As far as the copyright infrignment, you might want to check the USC on that, heres a copy since you have no clue what you are talking about..

If you buy the above titled book you will find a full script of M1 along with the majority of the storyboards including deleted scene storyboards and scripts. I have it and I must say it is a very interesting and beautifly made book.

If u act fast, u can get all 3 original scripts ( b4 WB insisted on some chnages) that r included with the Ultimate Matrix Collection. These scripts show what was intended and what was left out. I hope I was of some help.

If U compare them with the aleged "Third Eye" you will see that she is just out 4 a big peice of the green and black pie.

They're comming for Ur download.

I would like to read Third Eye myself. If Ms. Stewart is not posting a transcript everywhere she can (what is she afraid of, that someone will copy it?) then it seems that her claims are legal smoke and mirrors.

I've studied copyright law and I have written science fiction that bears some remarkable resemblances to Terminator and the Matrix, although there are are definitive diferences as well. (It was written after Terminator but before the Matrix and the Machine threat is not homegrown on Earth, it comes from outside the galaxy, as an example.)

My point is that I (and I am not alone in this) have the sophistication to make up my own damn mind about whether she was ripped off. Ms. Stewart's strategy does not seem to involve the public making up their own damn mind, but rather she wants to blindly solict funds to pay her lawyers based on the classic black-woman-vs-white-men melodrama.
