Ok, bare with me here.... Im not the brightest crayon in the box.

-An Agent is sent to Zion disguised as the guy who gets smith - a - tized
-he attempts to stab Neo before he leaves for the oracle.
-he is noticed and says "goodluck, We will be seeing you..."
-After Neo meets with the Oracle, he encounters Smith for the first time.
-Smith says that he beleives they are connected somehow.
-When Neo Returns, and they are running from the sentinals, he says something is not right. He then has the abailaty to disable them.


Neo and Smith have a connection, and when Smith is at Zion (the disguised one), He is somehow in link with Neo, which in return gives Neo the Ability to control the sentinals.....

Thats my opinion, I could probabaly word this better but i have to go.

It is rather interesting, yes... After all Neo has a certain degree of "control" over the matrix, or at least that's what they make him believe. An interesting thing too is that in the trailer you can see Bane with some sort of black liquid around his mouth, could this maybe be because the Smith program is not fit to inhabit a human body and he is getting sick/dying?

At the end of Reloaded, Neo passes out assumingly because this is to much control for him. But you also see Bane passed out on a table beside him at the end. Im assuming this is because of the "link" between Neo and Smith. Since Smith now is in a human form,(outside of the matrix) the power to control the sentinals may possibly be too much for him. Just like it was for Neo.

Can you see any relation to my theory and the movie?

I dont believe my opinion has anything to do with a matrix within a matrix.....

Why? Neo has a connection with Smith. Smith has connection with sentinels. Smith is in Zion. THUS Neo can control the sentinels. This wasn't mentioned before.

In Enter the Matrix it is explained that because Neo touched the source his mind is between the Matrix and the real world. When Neo used Matrix powers in the real world(the EMP blast) he somehow short circuited himself. Bane(Smith) is also between worlds. His little sabotage act (EMP blast that disabled 5 ships) short circuited him. The EMP blasts are what sent them into comas. There is a connection between the 2 but we won't know exactly what it is until Revolutions.
