iv been wondering...why does the Architect say that Trinity will die and there is nothing Neo can do to save her. was he trying to make Neo choose the other door so the Matrix wont be destroyed and the machines can still survive? Does this mean that the Architect never really knew that Trinity will die or was he just trying to put doubt in Neo's mind?

I don't think the architect lied about anything...he simply stated fact..."she is going to die and there is nothing you can do to stop it" This statment is totally true...she does die, however Neo brings her back to life. I'm not sure if it was an attempt to make Neo choose one door over another, but the architect also says that "we already know what you're going to do now don't we?" This would indicate that the architect already knew Neo this specific Neo would choose to try and save Trinity because of his "vis a vis, Love" connection to her. He even attempts to solidify this illusion of choice by sending the agent after her...or perhaps not...the building she was in was many miles away and perhaps the agent was simply doing his job...stopping an unplugged human from causing a disturbance. The only problem I have with the architect thus far is that he seems to posess similar powers as the oracle...he can see into the future...or at least very accuratly predict it. Perhaps the choice that the architect was talking about wasn't Neo's choice to make? If Neo is almost totally predictable and seemingly they have prepared for his arrival and thereby implemented a certain measure of control...the oracle, then why would they fear what choice he would make? Perhaps both choices are acceptable? I'm not trying to say I've figured this out but when M3 come out I will definitly have a better idea and will post back here again.

The Oracle: Because you didn't come here to make the choice, you've already made it. You're here to try to understand why you made it. I thought you'd have figured that out by now.

Wel as you know there has been many versions of the Matrix and many other Neo's... Becouse everytime Zion gets destroyed by the machines the world gets reset... But this time Neo has been stronger and faster... And therefor he could save Trinity from dying... Maybe he's strong enough to Save Zion to That answer you find in Matrix Revulution
