»how do they know which child belongs to who?«

i dont know if anyone has thought about this but here goes: lets say a woman in the matrix has a child with a man (of course). is that child real or fake. what i mean is that...how do the machines know when someone is about to have a child? do they just insert the fresh babies made from those pods into the matrix, and when it is time they just randomly choose a mind and family to inherit. i really dont know how to write this. basically is that new born child(in the matrix) real in the real world, or are they just randomlly programed by programmers(not all people)? maybe im just looking to deep and it really isnt that difficult to see? What is really the answer?

Maybe whent hey are pregneant its fake the amchines just fake them being pregnant and birth is fake but they do a babie switch kinda like how agents take over bodies i geuss and put the new formed battery into the matrix, maybe thats why no oen remebers birth

well, you know how humans have tubes in their bodies in the real world? maybe they take the "miracle" liquids from each member of the couple, have them brought to a human "growing" facility, have it combine to create a new human, attach that human to the matrix and just make it emerge in the matrix at the residence of the parents. Just think about it, two people can breed from all the way around the world!
