When Persephone kissed Neo both times i heard the matrix code sound, it was like she was taking data from him, after all she did say i want to sample what neo and trinity have. Did any one else hear this or am i loosing it

It looked like data transfer (reprogramming)?

Was she testing wether Neo loves Trinity above all?
