For those who have not watched the trailers and in order to avoid any spoilers, I would recommend not to read further.
Let’s keep it as much simple as we can, not introducing any theory, not speculating, not drawing any conclusions.
Do not forget that there is no intention to answer any questions, to either prove or disapprove any theory.
Zion is Zion: Zion is where the party would be, if the was over tomorrow, deep underground, near the earth's core where it's still warm. (Tank, Matrix)
Matrix: It is the world that has been pulled over the eyes of humanity to blind them from the truth. Matrix is a neural-interactive simulation, a computer generated dream world built to keep us under control in order to change a human being into an energy source. (Morpheus, Matrix)
Machines are boring from the surface of earth down to Zion in order to avoid the perimeter defense. (Niobe, Matrix Reloaded)
This will be the sixth time machines have destroyed Zion and they have become exceedingly efficient at it. (The Architect, Matrix Reloaded)
Neo has touched the Source and separated his mind from his body. Now he lies trapped in a place between the two worlds. Trinity can free him. But she will have to fight her way through hell to do it. (Oracle, dialogue with Niobe, Enter the Matrix)
The man and the woman accompanying the little girl in the Mobil station (Revolutions Theatrical trailer ) are the two programs that the Oracle trusted, who sold the termination code of the Oracle’s original shell to the Merovingian. They did this for love, for the life of their child. The Oracle let this happen because the child is important. Because she believes one day, the child will change both worlds – the Machine and the Human world - forever. (Oracle, dialogue with Ghost, Enter the Matrix)
The Spectator is also referred to as the Trainman, who controls all travel between the Matrix and the Machine world.(Revolutions Final Chapter, Official Site)
Trinity and Morpheus will enter the Matrix to save Neo, they will meet with the Oracle, all she can do is tell them that Neo needs their help, all of their help.(The Help trailer)
As predicted or instructed by the Oracle Trinity and Morpheus alongside Seraph will go to the Hell club and ask the “trafficker of information” to release their Savior.
Neo will wake up in the Mobil station beside the “child”, He will find the Spectator leading the parents of the “child” to the "loop” train; will try to stop the Spectator, which leads to a fight between them (The Theatrical trailer).
Trinity succeeds in finding Neo at the Mobil station. (The Control trailer)
Neo wakes up.
Neo visits the Oracle, who tells him that Smith will soon have the power to destroy the world of Matrix and if Neo cannot stop him, she’ll fear that tomorrow may never come. (Oracle, The Power trailer). Also that this night the future of both worlds will be either in Neo’s hand or in Smith’s. (The Theatrical trailer)
Trinity unplugs Neo. (The Help and the Theatrical trailers)
Smith assails the Oracle’s apartment.
Because Smith’s ego and power threaten to overwhelm both the real and Machine worlds, the Oracle chooses to help Neo – a decision that costs her dearly.(Revolutions Final Chapter, Official Site)
Neo decides to visit the Machine City and convince the Machine to stop the attack. Neo makes his farewell with his friends.
Trinity puts her fate into Neo’s hands once again when she chooses to accompany him to the Machine City.(Revolutions Final Chapter, Official Site)
Trinity comments that Neo thinks he will not be coming back.(Give Anything Trailer).Trinity commandeers the ship.
Though Niobe does not believe in the Oracle’s Prophecy, she offers her ship to Neo when he makes his decision to travel to the Machine City in search of peace.(Revolutions Final Chapter, Official Site)
Onboard their ship, Trinity asks Neo to make her believe that they’ll make it.
Neo finds Bane tempering with the operator computers abroad logos(Training and Stunts)(The End trailer); they’ll get into a fight (Give Anything and other trailers)(Revolutions Final Chapter, Official Site) This will results in Neo’s eye injury.
Neo covers his eyes. (The Believe trailer – we see Neo both with covered and uncovered eyes in the ship, also in other trailers.)
Meanwhile in the Zion, Humans prepare for the attack.
Trying to reach the Machine City, they encounter the Sentinels, Neo stops them the way he stopped the Sentinels while escaping from Nebuchadnezzar, nevertheless the encounter with the legion of the sentinels will cause them to crash.
The Battle between Humans and Zion Begins.
Neo will continue his way to the Machine City alone, Neo comes face to face with the ultimate power in the Machine world – the Deus Ex Machina – once he encounters the Machine he’ll tell it that the program Smith has grown beyond Machines control and it can not stop him (The Control and other trailers), but Neo can. He’ll bargain with the Machine to withdraw from Zion, once he`ll be stopping the Smith program.
The Machine realizing that Smith has copied himself unto every inhabitant of Matrix, plugs Neo (The Theatrical trailer) into the Matrix to fight Smith.
In the same time the battle between Zion and the Machine ensues.The Zion military, aided by courageous civilian volunteers like Zee and the Kid, desperately battles to hold back the Sentinel invasion as the Machine army bores into their stronghold.

Beginning on a flooded street lined with Agent Smiths, and then rocketing 2,500 feet into the lightning-streaked sky, hurtling in and out of an abandoned skyscraper, and crashing into a massive crater where Neo and Smith’s earth-shattering conflict is finally resolved.[Though Niobe does not believe in the Oracle’s Prophecy, she offers her ship to Neo when he makes his decision to travel to the Machine City in search of peace.(Training and Stunts)
Once Neo has defeated Smith, the machines stop their attack.
Every beginning has an end.
As the movie progresses, many of our questions will be answered!
This is very much a presumptive timeline, assuming that all the events in trailer will take place in movie, in the same chronological order as shown in the trailers. This is also as much information as we are given by the Enter the Matrix videogame and the trailers, therefore any prediction shall be based upon these data not upon conclusions. There are some shots in the trailers like the “ship descending from above the clouds” and the clear sky, The Kid* addressing the mob in the Cavern (The Control and the Help trailers) and the explosion of codes* shots. Tying these with the above incidents could only be done through endless speculations.
In my opinion, the W Bros will use any sound or picture editing technique not only to prevent revealing the storyline, but also to mislead the minority who are dissecting those trailers from guessing the plot.

•The person addressing the Mob in Cavern is the Kid. You could compare his gear and outfit with the picture from the Matrix Revolutions.
•It seems to me that the Green code explosion shot with the Agent is when Smith overtakes the Oracle, the arrangement of the chairs and the table very much resembles he Oracle’s Kitchen.
