Zion and Matrix are connected by accident

First off I'd like to say this is one of the better explanations that I've read. Anyways, here it goes.

Here are some random things I was wondering about that I'd like to bring to everyones attention....

1. How Neo was able to stop the sentinels
One of the things that came to mind was that if smith/bane (a virus) was able to get into the real word / Zion maybe now the Matrix and Zion are now somewhat "connected" and that is why Neo is able to stop them. This runs along the lines of the matrix within a matrix theory, but it seems that this happend completely by "accident" from our point of view.

2. The architect
"Neo has been guided and helped"
Other little things supporting this is in The Matrix(the first movie). When the agents are about to question Neo, they zoom in from a wide angle of many televisions to one specific television. It can be assumed that the architect has been watching him all along and watching all of Neo's decisions. That is why he said "Architect: I am the Architect...I've been waiting for you."

That's about it, maybe I'm completely off on some of it but whatever, hopefully someone can elaborate on anything I wrote, thanks. Oh btw, constructful criticism please Razz
