In the osiris thing in the animatrix could someone please tell me what that may have been she dropped off into the mailbox. Also in "program" why do they try and kill eachother. Does the one guy wish to be plugged back in? And also, is the "world record" is that the first guy to be release d by himself or something. H figures out it is only a matrix right? Its pretty obvious i am clueless but any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Osiris:
The package they drop is a message to Zion,
informing them about the big lots of Sentinels that are trying to drill their way into the city.
In Enter The Matrix, the package is received (I believe by Niobe). After that, Reloaded starts with the crews of different ships discussing the problem described in the package of the Osiris.

Program:
It starts just like the Sparring Program Morpheus and Neo have (or like the start of Osiris). Just fighting each other, to increase and train powers.
Later on, the guy starts about leaving the Real World, and wanting to be plugged back by the machines. Talking it over with his girl. This was just to test her, seeing how far she would go.

World Record:
If he is the FIRST to release himself from the Matrix, we don't know. It isn't said in the part.
I don't even think he's figured out that he is living in a Matrix...
My guess is that World Record is to show that it could happen, when people overcross a certain limit (like in this: the running speed) then The Matrix can get overloaded, and these people can 'see' through the matrix-shell.
Like in the 1rst movie is said, most people aren't ready (and will never be) to be freed. Some minds just wouldn't understand, they are not capable. (espessionally after a certain age)
I think the agents are just there to stop the runner from going through the barrier...
