Hey if you want to change the way things work around here then go ahead. Like you said, if knnknn says it goes, then it goes! But surely you don't think that we should inflict ourselves on the progress of a thread. A thread is like a living, breathing enitity. It adapts and develops before our eyes and either becomes a beauty or a monstrosity...

Having said that though, it IS becoming a bit waffley.... *shrugs*

I really dont understand what all the hubub is about.

Marriage is basically a religious and state sanctioned union.

Let straight people Marry if they wish to.

Let homosexuals have a union recognized by the state. But don't call it a marriage.

If you legalize same-sex marriage the next step is to force churches to recognize and marry homosexuals which is in direct contradiction to any given number of religions.
