»Zion = Matrix, hints by soundtrack«

First off, great job on all the evidence on the Zion=Matrix theory. i was nearly convinced that i was a moron for even thinking the theory was a possibility (you'd think that matrix fans would be open mided too *shrugs* go figure).

but anyways, there are a few things that i'd like to point out that is in favor of Zion=Matrix theory. The first two are a bit more obvious than the last, but first off, is P.O.D.'s Sleeping Awake (Track 7 on the Reloaded soundtrack):

"Dreaming of Zion, Awake
Sleeping Awake
Dreaming of Zion, Awake
Can't stop Sleeping Awake"

I mean, i sincerely hope that this hints something to people. i don't think they put that on the soundtrack for shits, and there was no way P.O.D. could have come up with that before seeing the movie, or knowing what was going to happen.

The second is, when Neo goes to stop the Sentinals, if you listen to the music closely, it changes...but not to just any song. it changes from "real world" music to the music that they play INSIDE the Matrix. (watch it, you'll see what i mean).

And lastly. I looked up the name Morpheus. Morpheus was the Roman god of dream and sleep and he would only appear as a human in dreams. Also, in the Matrix, Morpheus is constantly refering to the matrix as the dream world, "you've been living in a dream world, Neo," and so forth. What am i getting at? Well, what could be seen in the Matrix but not in the Real World? A program. I think that Morpheus is a program, whose purpose is to blindly believe in the prophecy. One could argue that he can be seen in Zion, so it can't be true...But what if Zion is a Matrix as well...then everyone would still be dreaming.

anyhow. i hope that add some information/insight into the theory.

i do like the part about Neo not going back to the real world, but dreaming instead...but the only think that contradicts the arguments presented in favor of that is: One - Neo was gripping the chair on the Nebuchadnezzar, and Two - Link made a comment about how he had never seen anything move that fast before.

What about all the 100% home-grown humans that are born in Zion with no plugs in their bodies or heads. Do you suppose they sstill exist or are they just programs?

So? This could play in Neo's dream world already.

Actually, this lends more credence to the idea that Neo is, in fact, able to 'exist' within the Matrix and the "real world" simultaneously.

Those born in the Matrix did not have any plugs in them until they awoke in Zion. If the MiM theory is true, then anyone born in Zion is simply unaware of any plugs in their bodies until they awake from that reality.
