»"Norwich" on a rooftop«

I have a question. In the end of Matrix 1, during the rooftop scenes where Morpheus is being held captive and must dive to meet neo and escape etc, I noticed the word "Norwich" on a rooftop on the lower left hand of the screen. It appears to be a billboard or a Marquee of some sort. It is intentional of course, and i wonder why. I graduated from Norwich University, and the joke around the school is that a Norwich grad worked in the VFX dept on the film and inserted it as a nod. I don't think the brothers would let that slide.
