»Who is behind the Architect?«

First of all i would like to say that i have found very interesting theories on your site. I am of course a big fan of the movies and watched them both for too many hours.

I would like to point that anything can be said at this point and apart from some exaggerations, anyone who has done his homework with the movie script and scenes can prove at least two theories! I think that the creators of the movie were just targeting at this all along. To make a potential consistent movie giving the audiance the choice, again at least for now, to produce 2 main conclusions. Choice has a prime role in the movie and i guess it is rather challenging to make a movie consistent with 2 strong opposite views e.g. is Neo a man or a program, is Zion real or a matrix and so on..

After all it is also extremely smart to make a movie that actually feeds itself and that is the case with the Matrix (the whole package) movie. I could say that self sustentation is smart not only from the advertising point of view but also from the point of creating something (a whole new world) and see it grow in an exponential way. This is what a creator targets in and there are not too many movies that have created other worlds (one is certainly Star Wars) but Matrix has surpassed them all.
