i found these articles about an upcoming box set of the matrix.
i don't know if you already knew this, but still, GREAT NEWS!

if it is true, it will be incredible and i hope the bros give us a commentary track with just them. I really hope its true, they would explain alot!

That's what I'm waiting for too! Can't wait for it to be ready.
(It could almost be sad for everything to be told if is the case. The mystery seeking will end somewhat then. Also, other films may suffer too 'intelligent' or rather informed audiences in the future in some cases, lol)
