What would you prefer. Cancer in anywhere but the groin area, or be castrated. Also the cancers gonna kill you slowly and torturously.

By castration do you mean just the pods or the whole tackle?

To be honest, the pods are a weakspot in any mans defence so losing them might not be all bad.
