Which "matrix rejection" causes the anomaly?

After reading some posts on this forum, I have come to realize that there are two levels of matrix rejection. One is a feeling of something not being right, i.e: bluepills who have a "splinter in the mind". Another level of rejection is symbolized by the redpills: physically leaving the matrix.

Which of these rejections cause the anomaly to grow?

blue pills that do no fully accept the Matrix as reality are what cause instability.

people that leave the Matrix then come back make the instability worse by causing and encouraging disbelief.

the One is the real anomaly, a person whose choice to disbelieve is made on a deeper, more fundamental level than any of the other red pills. Morpheus and Trinity can do amazing things, but Neo can fly because he disbelieves on a more basic level than they do.

in my opinion. hah.

That's a great way of putting it.

The Matrix is a system, Neo.

Neo, the "one" who's storyline is partially told in the 3 Matrix movies, created the anomaly, which this time, was an agent. This is rare as the agents were sent to guard the matrix. The anomaly and the one exististed as positive and negative, but to my understanding, Neo cold beat the anomaly without sacrificing himself as the only option, but they were too evenly matched for that kind of outcome, so he surrendered

new anomaly, maybe. if we take the Architect at his word, then we know that the systemic anomaly is present in all versions of the Matrix, even without Neo and his maverick ways.
