There is a difference between this "Post your own short story" forum and others. Once you have made a post, you cannot delete/edit it anymore.

This is to make sure that once a short story is posted it stays like this. Sorry.

I moved his fanfiction into here when I moved the others. BUT..Mr bloody particular complained to me and moved it back to the Matrix 4 section. He
Said it wasn't a short story.... and should never have been moved without consulting him first . .. . . I don't consult all the members before I move their posts etc...
What makes you think you deserve preferential treatment?

The thing is, it is still a story and is still fan fiction, so this is where it should be.

If all posters would know where their posts are going I would make them moderators.

So, yes, a poster can ask a moderator to move his post (back), but, NO, moderators should not discuss moves with the posters first.

That thread is about my personal wish of how the fourth movie should look like and it is indeed NOT a short story.

I don't see the issue.

Maybe it was rude to move it back myself. My apolagies for that.
But I still think it is more suited for the Matrix 4 section.

I thought the Matrix 4 section was for IDEAS about how Matrix 4 should proceed, not for a complete re-write of your own story.

I'm not dissing your story, it is a good one, but I still feel it should be in fan-fiction.

Sure I don't really care. People wil read it anyway; doesn't matter to me where it will reside.
Personally I just thought that my story should fit better within the Matrix 4 section.

If a story features an alternative ending or an alternative Matrix 3, then it should go to the other forum.

If a story is a side story (e.g. Trinity before she met Neo, or new characters that have nothing to do with the movies) then it should go here.

My story is literally about what I would like to see in Matrix 4.
That's exactly the name of the other section. It also has roles for all the familiar characters; no new ones.

So I hope we can agree on this Another Smith?

It's a Matrix 4 story, which is fan fiction.... I now leave it up to Knn to decide, I've made my case dammit...
