Hi,
This is Ken, New to the forum. Learning a lot by reading the other people's post. I got one theory, Just my own way (common sense way, no religious), Feel free to comment.
I think Neo is another result of an unbalance equation created by Oracle. It is also the biggest one, up the the level like a perfection which can't be deleted by Architect. And his abnormally is continuous suming up as Neo interact with the other things in Matrix (his path), making everything abnormal, for example creating Virus Smith.
He can't be deleted, that explained why he survived after he was killed by Smith. After he died, he came back, he knew he really have the power, knowing as "the one", feeling as "the one". That's why Oracle says....you are waiting....may be "next life". Being the one is like in love, no one can tell you, you just knew it. Before, Neo thought he is the one because of Morpheus, it is not come from himself. That's why Oracle said he is not "the one" in her apartment (at that time).
Besides, Remember all th people in Oracle's apartment in M1. There are a lot of abnormalty. The kid can bend the spoon by will. These people should not be exist in Matrix too.
As we know, Oracle's job is the make matrix better, she expressed the only way is to do it together, human and machine. If keep reloading, this will not help. The sixth time, I think Oralce want use "LOVE" to make Neo the One super abnormal (the dangerous game she played, very different from the previous five games), and finally make Neo has a bargin point to ask the peace for mankind, and make the machine promised to free minds.
Remember, when Oracle making the cokkie with Sati, she said "this is the secret, everthing need love !" Oracle actually control all the thing, arrange Trinnity for Neo, let them fall in love. She know he is cute, and that's why she (Trinnity) like Neo. Everything is pre-arranged, every stage and path is pre-setted. Oracle is not always know. She can't see through all the "choices" she make or Neo make, she can only believes....but not base on nothing. In fact, base on her super knowledge in human psychi, program and machine. 99% correct ?
Neo, human or program or machine?
I view him as a perfect abnormality (equation) that result from Oracle. He is a human, but his "life, history" is the abnormality (the code). Human has his histroy (code, store in brain). The abnormality code is what the source need before every new reload. The one has the power, as he is not "bound to the rule of Matrix he is abnormal". Evem Architect can't deleted it. So, his power exist through Machine City and Matrix.
He is like god have super power, he can save dead Trinnity, flying in the sky in Matrix. The killing machine (at the end of M2) connect to the source, (that's "what you feel when you touch them"). Therefore Neo can stop them since his power also exist in Matrix.Actually all the people around Oralce is abnormal, Morpheus can jump over building. It is just Neo is much faster, and have more power + LOVE, sum of abnormality.
The one must return to the souce, if not, the chain reaction he causes with collapse the whole Matrix. It need to be analysised, absorbed, and then the system is safe to reloaded. By choosing different door because of Love, matrix can't be reloaded (very dangerous game). Everyhuman will died. Thank you for the "LOVE" to Triinity and the other human, Neo decide to go back, not through key maker, but directly to the machine city. Actually, think about it, Neo has no choice, without the key maker, it is the only way to go back the Source by Mid-night. Neo know he can stop the machine (in M2) , that's why he has the confidence to go. W Brother must show this power first (in M2), if not, how can Neo go back by flying the the machine city (in M3).
Hecking human mind. I guess it is possible that machine can alter human mind. Remember in M1, Tank can load all kind of kung fu to Neo, So why can Oracle "unbalance" Neo's mind.
Neo can feel machine: He went to the source, he know how the source feel. Oracle said the feeling of touch of the machine like touch the source. So, he can feel them! Neo may be also able to receive the remote command that the source send to the killing machines.
This is my guess of remote jack in. First of all, I assume it is an Abnormality. And its one of the the one's super powers---separete the mind from body (the body without mind --become coma). OK?
Neo's mind heck into the killing machine (may be transported through the antenna of the killing machine and finally enter a area called the train station). I view train station as one of the "secret/ illegal" interface where machine mainframe's information can be secretly go to the matrix. Neo's hecking is illegal, that's may be why he end up in that illegal interface area. He should be dead, but as we have said, the machine can't deleted him, so he survive again, in the illegal, and nowhere train station. He can't go back to the real world, as there is no phone call and Neo buddies don't know where he is, he can't to the machine city as there is no key maker. What he find out is there is a train man that he need to deal with. And train station is actually an area between machine mainframe and matrix. The area of the train station may be lines in the three power line, that's what Neo can feel it when he is in the train station. It make sense as the power line is supposed connected the human tubes and the machine mainframe.
Also, W. Bro did not show me how Neo awake from the coma. Does Neo take a phone call in the matrix, and suddenly he become awake ?
Too late now....I will write someting about Smith next time.
