Do other programs in the matrix have human hosts

We all know that agents possessed human hosts to appear in the matrix. Question My questions is Does The Oracle, Seraph, Keymaker, Merovigian, Keymaker and the rest have human hosts or are they purely made of code. Can they switch bodies like agents? Question

Very interesting I hadn't thought about that. Do you mean are they purely digital? Or is there some human in a pod somewhere going about his business being used as a battery; but in the Matrix they are Merovigian, The Oracle etc? I have no idea, but someone should know, or be willing to guess........................ Confused Confused Confused Also did you notice in Enter The Matrix where you saw an agent leaving a person? He kinda shakes his head looks around then carries on being a policeman again. Do you think (the human host) went to the place betwen worlds whilst the agent was trolling about?

No. The Oracle answers that question when Neo speaks to her. They are sentient, rogue programs from one of the prior Matrixes.

And as for the agent leaving human question, I would think the cop problem that he had mental drifted off for a moment. Sort of like when you realize you have been staring off into space and lost track of time. Consciousness is often not as continuous as one thinks if you really think about it. The brain often feels in the gaps to make it appear uninterrupted.

Have you ever had amnesia? It is a very disturbing experience. I experienced a mild case when I was 13 when I slipped on some ice, hit the back of my head, and when I awoke the next morning, it was though the prior day had not happened. I could not remember it.

I would agree that he probably wouldn't notice that much if he was in the same place, but surely you would realise you were in a different place and different time. Like say if an agent "took control" of you say in the Morning and jumped to someone else at 9pm on the other side of the city. I know I have had nights out like that but it still feels like missing time, and physical displacement. i.e. what the fuck am I doing in a pink bedroom at half past one on a Sunday afternoon, and ow my head hurts?? Maybe an agent used me?

Where is my spoon?

Yeah, maybe the Agents can only take over the bodies of drunk people.

Yes, what does happen to the human hosts of agents. I read above that they probably have a form of amnesia, but what about other damage. What happens when you "come to" and discover that you've got a number of bullets in you?

Neo's side are awfully casual about taking out possessed humans. Has anyone done a "death toll" count on the numbers they've killed in the films so far?
