I cant remember if i'm thinking of the game or the 2nd movie... but in one of them the oracle was played by a different lady than in the first movie. I'm almost positive but noone believes me... please tell me im not crazy.

You're not crazy. The actress who played the oracle in the 1st and 2nd movie died from complications with diabetes. RIP She was replaced with another actress for the game and the 3rd movie.
