The train where the Trainman is traveling when we first see him in Revolutions is train number "0101". You can see it when Seraph, Morpheus, and Trinity get on the train to look for the Trainman. It's written on the inside of the train. I'll post a picture tommorrow.

Unfortunately no one can be told what The Matrix is...You have to see it for yourself.
