In a site called hack the matrix there are codes which can e used on the official matrix site to open up other areas. One of these codes leads to a definition for Chrysalis:

Seems to me that as nothing seems to be said in the movies without any significance to the plot this should mean something (otherwise it's pretty random and pointless). Maybe, with reference to the treatment of disease, humans are being used not as batteries (as most people agree) but as a type of cure for some machine disease, or something along those lines. Likewise, maybe the rule of the wealthy is in relevence to Merevigian and Persephone. If anything more like this comes up I'll add it, but was just cheaking to see if this had been covered already or if anyone has any ideas on it.

Yeah, one last thing, next to these definitions is a picture of a baby in a matrix pod, that's kinda what got me thinking they were related.

Oh, you are refering to the GDG "Gold-Digging Gnomes" script? The only connection in that script to 'Rheumatoid Arthritis' is that it is the name of the band that plays at the Neo & Trinity wedding inside the Zion Matrix v7.0.

Actually I was referring to the "DJD" - Degenerative JUE Disease -, and in that script the lead singer in TNT wedding was Jue......

Hmm, the shooting script had Neo say the word "chrysalis." Check out "Original Matrix Drafts" thread in the "Trivia and Interesting Thoughts on the Matrix...." forum.

Maybe that holds a clue???
