I figured it out, its is so simple.

Neo is actually....CONNOR MCCLOUD OF THE CLAN MCLCOUD!!!!!!!!!

Connor Mccloud is the one and helps the earth cover the skys in Highlander 2. Also he is from the planet Zeist...Zeist/Zion, hey they all begin with a Z!!!

Revolutions with contain lots of head choppping, quickening and fake scotish accents and in the end Sean Connery will pop up and kick Morphs ass and then chop of more heads!!!

In the end Neo will finally realize that he used to be Connor Mccloud but when he was in that disguise, all the movies end up in Direct to Video hell or a crummy TV series. He turns back time, chops of the main machines head and lives in Sctoland for the rest of his life!!!!!

That makes sense! I always wondered why Sean Connery spoke in a Scottish brogue in those ancient Egypt sequences. Now I know that he just downloaded the brogue like we would a cell phone ring tone! Thanks for the clarity!
