Why Don't Agents Go After Seraph?

Hello,
It is clear that Seraph is an exile. The origin of his name is the group of high order angels with the most responsibility in heaven. The first incarnation of the Matrix was when everything was "quite naturally perfect". The second was then more or less hell where most vampires and werewolves came from, some of which Merv saved from deletion.

It is then my reason to believe that Seraph was also saved from deletion since he is still in the Matrix (maybe due to the Merv?). Why don't we ever see Agents come after him? In Revolutions we see Smith talk about chasing and fighting Seraph when he was an Agent long ago, but that doesn't explain why the Agents don't come after him now.
Similary, why don't the Agents come after the Merv? I'm sure their hiding places can't be THAT GOOD?

Speaking of good hiding places...Does Smith clone Merv, Pesephone and all of his other exiles including all the ones in the club?
In Revolutions when we see Smith talking to Seraph and Sati he says
"And you must be the LAST exile" which suggests he has cloned all the other exiles.

Can you imagine that scene? That would be so kickass. Just image a dozen Smiths marching their way into Club Hell and slowing cloning everyone and then saying: "Great and powefull Merovingian, we meet at last..."
That would have been so cool.

Not coming after Mero is explainable...

1. When they go to the restaurant, Neo sees encrypted code. So the agents can't take over the humans in the restaurant, because their program-code can't travel there.

2. He has a lot of henchmen protecting him each time. I'm sure that the ghost-twins and the other guys could beat the max of three agents.

3. He can escape quickly everytime through all of his backdoors.

Who says the agents do not try and get Seraph? Smith certainly did in the past.
Maybe he is good at avoiding them and when he is unfortunate enough to encounter one, he just kicks his ass (you saw how fast he was with the guard who had a gun).

Mero was an angel too. He became Satan because he was jealous of the power that Deus Ex Machina has. He flees to the earth (the Matrix) and takes 1/3 of Deus' angels with him. I think Seraph was one of them. Later on he loaths Mero and consults the Oracle. But all the time long he was just an exile.

Lol, it's very hard to imagine Lambert Wilson as an angel.
But I am sure that a hoarde of Smiths could easily destroy/clone the Mervs henchmen.
But about the backdoor thing, couldn't Smith get so powerful and take over many different places, that the Merv just runs out of places to go?

But what I do definitely know are that Mero and his gang of fallen angels are alright at the end after Smith was deleted, ragardless weather or not they were taken over or not

Oh you are talking about Smith?
I was talking about regular agents.

Yes Smith gets to him. In the end I believe he has cloned everybody (or at least a very big city)...even the Merovingian.
It could still be that Mero went hiding in some basement somewhere; we will never know.

After Smith got deleted, all the hosts go back to their normal functioning. So if Mero would have been copied, he would return to his old self too.

I think it would have been great if he had a scene in Revolutions where he took over everyone in Club Hell. That would have been great.

The Merovingian hiding in some basement somewhere? LMFAO!

Yes why not? He has many places to escape to. He has power.

Smith taking over the hell-club would not be fun I guess, only a waste of movie-time.

A dialogue between Mero and Smith could be fun. Where Mero tries to buy his way out.

I've always spoken of my desire to see the Smiths assimilating Club Hel.

And Mobil Ave Neo is spot on in this thread.
