SERAPH IS THE MOTHER OF THE MATRIX JUST THINK ABOUT IT........THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS MALE AND FEMALE IN THE MACHINE WORLD...THERE ALL JUST MACHINES.

Seraph could be the mother, but I don't think that the W Brothers would deliver such and intricate part to a figure that appeared in only one scene to fight a pointless fight with Neo. Also, it seems that although programs have no sexual orientation, the Architect patronizes this notion when speaking to Neo by calling the intuitive program a mother and by using the prefix "she".

I wish the mother may be the oracle, persephone or trinity.

Is it possible that the one could of been female? If so could the mother of this encarnation of the matrix simply be a previous one? Could it be that the oracle was the previous one and this is why she knows so much about Neo's path?

The Oracle is a program. She could have been a One if you are willing to believe that Neo is a program like her and that the machines want a One to exist to keep those in the Blue World Matrix subdued.

You mean someone who hasn't been paying attention to the facts in the movies?

The Architect says Neo is irrevocably human, the Oracle admits to being a program. If either is lying, none of them can be trusted to tell the truth, and the whole plot would be pointless.

The red code is the way they show how Neo sees the world after being blinded. The clip in the trailes showing Smith in red code is not at the same time in the movie. In the clip we see Neo walking throug a corridor in red code, he is blindfolded, and shows us the way he sees it.

The Blue world is the real world.
The Green world is the matrix.
The Red world is the way Neo sees the Blue world by using the images from the Green world.

But sometimes I envy those who believe in theories that are easily disproven. I guess they still will believe the same thing, even after being proven wrong when Revolutions is released.

I take it then, emp, that you do not believe the Blue World is another Matrix. Then how is it possible for Neo to stop sentinels with his will? We see him do this not only in Reloaded, but it is hinted in the new trailer as well.
