The Matrix Revolutions DVD will be available April 6. I didn't see it posted here before and I just noticed it on thematrix.com. I know I'm buying it the day it comes out.

The Matrix has you...

I don't want to go on a rant but...

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm annoyed with the graphic on the Revolutions cover. I know this isn't really a big deal, but dammit, it annoys me a lot! What corporate retard approved that cover design. Just about anyone with a Photoshop license can do a better job. I would rather they release four different dvd covers, each with a different movie poster as its cover. Does anyone else share this sentiment or am I just being weird?

I'm not really crazy about the cover either. I was hoping it wasn't the final design. They could've done much better. But the movie is what matters and I can't wait to buy it...

They did it with Reloaded, cause I got the special edition Smith cover!
So with any luck they may do it with Revolution. Cool

Really? I didn't know that they made a special edition of Reloaded. Is it only available to the UK? Do you have Pictures Another Smith?

when smith speaks of a special edition...it is more like the same dvd case but with an extra cardboard cover slip that is white with different characters from the posters on them

That's right Anomaly! I got it from HMV the day of the release. They had around 5 different covers, I chose Smith. You know it was inevitable! Cool

What would you do?

Assuming that, after April 6th (or 2nd if you're as lucky as the anomaly), you own the entire trilogy, what would you do if a year or two later a boxed set of the trilogy was released? Would you shell out $50-$60 for the boxed set which would probably only have director commentary as an extra bonus?

Same here. I try not to think I am doing something illegal because I plan on buying Revolutions the day it comes out.

damn, i really hope they bring out the complete box in april, too!
canīt wait any longer!

my dream would be a dvd-box including:
matrix
matrix revisited
animatrix
reloaded
making of reloaded
revolutions
making of revolutions
enter the matrix (at least all the video footage, or they should make a shortfilm out of it, i already played it, when i want to SEE it again i do not want to PLAY again) (but this is just a dream)

at least a box with matrix1,2,3 should come, otherwise itīs not really a trilogy. Evilredeyes

if it comes out a year later, i think no-one will buy it. it really depends on the extra-footage, i would say.
no, better idea: iīd sell the old dvdīs and buy the box! Gumpred

I think it's a fair assumption that everyone on this forum has a bootleg version of Revolutions and that the majority of those people only use that as a substitute until the dvd's released.

I am going to start a new thread as a wish list of what we want to see in the trilogy box set, should it be released. It will be called Trilogy Box Set Wish List
