Bits and Pieces of Information
If B1-66ER was so innocent and only killed in self-defense, why did he kill all those dogs in such gruesome, horrible ways? Some were crushed, others were disemboweled and many were missing their heads. One dog's head was in a vase! And why crush the guy's head? Wouldn't it be easier just to break his neck? If you ask me, B1-66ER was a deranged psychopath who should've been shut down immediately instead of wasting the State's money on that stupid trial.

Goliath
Why did the Machines start running the Matrix at an accelerated rate when the alien invaded. How would running the Matrix at a different rate help? Why don't the Machines run the Matrix at an accelerated rate all the time? I've only read the Vol. 1 comics. Do the invading aliens show up in any other comic, short story or The Matrix Online?

Burning Hope
I don't understand much of this story. It's about Zion operatives trying to find a girl named Hope, right? What is the "tag" they keep talking about. And why do they talk about dragons? Why does Hope have the RSI of an adult black man?

Butterfly
What is the meaning of the butterfly? Why is a Doc Bot shown in the first panel? Why does the monk (or whoever he is) remain calm when the Zion operative and the Agents burst into his room? Why does he knock the guns out of the Agents' hands?

Get It?
When the first Matrix movie came out, was there really anyone who didn't "get it"?

The Miller's Tale
All life on Earth needs the Sun to survive and the sky is covered by the Dark Storm so how could so much life still survive in the real world? Ducks, frogs, mice, slugs, spiders and insects are all seen. Animals eat plants and plants need sunlight to grow so how is this possible? At the end of the story, the Machines destroy the farms, presumably including the UV lights but the plants continue to grow.

Artistic Freedom
Is the Somnicultos supposed to be the same thing as the Doc Bot? It looks completely different. Why do the people in the pods look all wrong? They're not supposed to have any tubes on their forehead and they're supposed to have a tube in their mouth. Kilian Plunkett should've paid more attention to the movie if he was going to be drawing a comic based on it. Artistic Freedom indeed!

Hunters and Collectors
Why were the people trying to kill a Sentinel with spears. I understand that they wanted revenge but why couldn't they use lightning guns?

Maybe that's anthropomorphism that you're doing there. He's a robot, he does not know what is pain, can't be disgusted by it, he does not have (like us) an instinct developed over millions of year, telling him what is wrong.

All he ever has been programmed to do, is to obey, once that program stopped functioning, he killed in the most simple way.

He just followed a cold logic, and the program was buggy, and God knows that bugs can create bizzare behaviors in machines.

I think that it was to create the illusion that time never stopped for London (since it was that whole part that was destroyed).
Running it at high speed all the time may be harmful for humans (or even the system).

The dragons are a reference to St-Michel who killed the dragon, it's a story about goodness triumphing over evil. It inspired many Knights in the past. You know, saving the widow and the orphelin...

The kid is gifted, she has some powers and as such, she could control her rsi to hide from the Agents.

Btw, this comic answers a question that you asked in another topic (I think it was you), the guy explain that someone who is aware of the Matrix can't be overtaken by an Agent.

I think that monk was a program, on our side. Or an awaken bluepill. Who knows, but he looks a little bit like Seraph.

It's not a total dark place, since people can see. It's just as cloudy as London on a bad day , so it means that there is still a little ligth, just enough for a basic survival.

After all, it is said that our earth got struck by a giant asteroids that killed 90% of living beings, and yet our ancestors (a sort of small rats) survived despite a cloud that wrapped up the earth for centuries.
