From this article, it sounds like the 'Passion' is using mass hypnosis/mind control. Now, we know that most movies and televison is used for this purpose. But Gibson's comments are interesting:

Now ignore that, let us focus on some symbols that are seen all over the world.

That is a rather odd looking nose! Oh my, it looks like a Penis.
And that eye, is that the same eye that I see on the capstone of the pyramid on the back of the U.S. dollar bill? Nah, couldn't be, it's just an eye.
What about those 'cracks'? That is an odd skin condition, kinda like the skin of a lizard or reptile.
But wait, these symbols, the eye and phallus can be seen else where too.
There are many obelisks all over the world. There is the Washington Monument in Washington DC, U.S. There are some in England which were taken out of Egypt. And I'm sure many more.
These obelisks represent (of course) the male penis and energy.
There are also symbols that represent the female naughty bits and another energy. Many old European cathedrals were built with high round arches some with pillars going into them (have a look see at a few cathedrals). This was to create in such places a type of 'energy'.

Now if you are in the U.S. turn on your television.
You may notice each station has a logo in the bottom right corner. Most of them use similar symbols. The eye, crescent, star, pyramid etc. It is the same with the Christian stations. The torch or flame (all flames are the same shape) is literally everywhere.

Most if not all companies have a symbol. If you watch a commercial or add, you will notice these. More and more symbols literally everywhere. But why?
Most people don't even register all the 'coincidences' of the symbols, and most don't even 'see' them or know about them, they are meant for the subconscious mind (symbols are the language of the subconcious; the subconscious mind picks up everything, forwards backwards upside down, it sees and absorbs everything) and those in power who want more power know that the secret of control lies with the subconsious. if they can control that, they can control you. your subconscious is what makes this reality for you, like a dream, you can manifest whatever you want, but you have to be able to control it first. we have lost our control over it, but that is changing quickly, and they are trying ever so hard to stop this from happening but there is nothing they can do. our minds are being freed and more and more are starting to realize the truth. Fear is what feeds it and without fear it has no power. This world is changing and not in the way they want.
This world is full of fear and events are constructed to induce fear and suffering everywhere. We are literally "batteries" giving this Matrix energy, the energy from our emotions.
Now Put your hand to the middle of your chest, relax, hold it there until you can feel your 'heart' opening. The connection is there, but it has been suppressed throughout the ages. There are more answers, and more often than not, they come to you. Open your heart. Free your mind
