Bane/Smith: "I admit, it is difficult to think, encased in this rotting piece of meat. The stink of it filling every breath, a suffocating cloud you can't escape. [spits blood] Disgusting! Look at how pathetically fragile it is. Nothing this weak is meant to survive."

Did you notice: Michael Karl 'The Kid' Popper (as written on his gravestone in the Animatrix episode "Kid's story") could note only self-eject from the Matrix. He also saw the future.

Both are a combination of a function like you would suppose for the Oracle + The One.

In a (spoiler) scripment (that had to be taken off the web) the Kid takes over the Architect.

Hmm, what do you think?

Can you please stop it with the Kid as Architect shit. There is only one Architect. The Kid did not create the Matrix.

There is a possibility that Neo chooses the Kid as ruler of the matrix for the comming time when people must be released at a discrete rate (the "The Matrix Online" era), but I am sure he will not be called The Architect.

As I view it, the Architect is the alpha-software (alpha animal).
But wait, Smith is too: "I am the Alpha to your Omega"

I don't know the Animatrix game but the name Karl Popper is an interesting reference.

The philosopher Karl Popper was a great thinker of the 20th Century, offering refutations against Marxism and Relativism as applied to human society.

He proved that even though human beings are a collection of atoms, we are not reducible to a mathematical prediction, i.e. our behavior neither individually nor collectively can ever be predicted. For example, a revolution cannot be predicted with certainty in human society the way the "revolutions" of the earth, moon, and sun can be predicted.

Popper was a great writer against the totalitarian systems of the 20th century, and more about him and his proofs about the impossibility prophecies can be found at:

What the fuck, over.
