Not really a question, more like an observation.

In M1 when Neo is unplugged and recovering on Morpheus' ship (i never could get the spelling down) they show us a scene where Dozer is taking Neo's back plugs out. Now in M2 in the Trinity-Neo sex scene, at the end you can clearly see Neo still has all the plugs in his back.

Any other glitches? Thoughts?

This is not a glitch. As you can see in the movies, everyone has their plugs still. Tank was merely helping Neo. As far as we know, there could be something inside the plug that is not suppose to be there after being freed that can hurt a human or may cause them disscomfort.

It would seem that they spend some time tidying the plugs up, removing any excess flesh that has grown around them and so on. I agree that there is no plug removal. Chances are it isnt possible, as the nervous system of the pod born is pretty much wired like that permanently. I would wager that there is a lot more alteration than just those plugs. They probably have faster reactions and mental processing than their real world counterparts.
