Just a thought so please hear me out on this one: During reloaded during the architect speech, the architect said that he used the oracle to redesign the matrix because his designs were always met with failure. The oracle was used because she had a mind less bound by the parameters of perfection. The problem with the oracles design (as we all know) is that on 99.9% of the people accepted the program. The fact is even though the oracles design of the matrix was more successful than the architects, she too was met by failure (the oracle even makes mention of the failure in reloaded) the oracle made the choice to have sati redesign the matrix. That is why sati was being held by the merilvingian. In the current matrix that she was in, she served no purpose, since she was to be used after the neo carried out the function of the one. Using a child to redesign the matrix is important on many levels. For one since sati’s mind is less bound by perfection than the oracle, she will have a greater chance of success in the matrix. In philosophical terms, thinking with the a childs mind is important, because it allows a person to view the world more inquisitively (“it is the why that’s important”). That’s why sati said she designed the sun for neo…its just that her understanding of the world is less constrained than that of the architect and neo. That’s why she was protected by seraph. This is also why the oracle made the conscious decision to have agent smith assimilate her, she made the choice to have someone redisgn the matrix for

Can i have some opinions on this please. If anyonw would like to chat to me about the matrix then please add me to msn>coolbabe2056985@aol.com< i gotta few questions to ask Bannerthanks

you could say that she's the architects helper...or better yet if the architect is consider the father of the matrix (as he said) and the oracle is the mother of the matrix, sati would be considered the "child" of the matrix. Sati had no purpose in the current matrix (before it was rebooted) because her purpose was to redisgn the matrix. Due to that fact, she would have to be deleted becuase she served no purpose AT THAT TIME. The oracle understood that she was more succesful that the architect in redisgning the matrix becuase her mind was less bound by the parameters of perfection. The oracle also understood that the inquisitive mind of sati would allow for a greater success rate in people accepting the matrix. This is why the oracle teaches sati to bake cookies (the theories behind the cookies are a story in itself)

If anyonw would like to speak to me about the matrix then plz add me to msn > Stupid email address Cool <

sati's purpose in the movie is to show what happens to the kids that are sent to the oracle. it was a mystery in the first two parts, but it was finally answered in the last part of part 3. sati found her purpose at the end....to have the sun rise

According to the Buddhist Dictonary the word "Sati" refers to "Bala" or power and means "Mindfulness".

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

bala: 'powers'. Among various groups of powers the following five are most frequently met with in the texts: (1) faith (saddhá, q.v.), (2) energy (viriya, q.v.), (3) mindfulness (sati, q.v.), (4) concentration (samádhi, q.v.), (5) wisdom (paññá, q.v.).

Their particular aspect, distinguishing them from the corresponding 5 spiritual faculties (indriya, q.v.), is that they are unshakable by their opposites: (1) the power of faith is unshakable by faithlessness (unbelief); (2) energy, by laziness; (3) mindfulness, by forgetfulness; (4) concentration, by distractedness; (5) wisdom, by ignorance (see Pts.M., Ñána Kathá). They represent, therefore, the aspect of firmness in the spiritual faculties.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The matrix has alot to do with opposites

Sati made the sun rise for Neo, she will never forget him.

Mr. Wizard! Get me the hell out of here!

I believe that the programme Sati, has no purpose. We are afterall told this by the Indian chap, who went to the Merovingian to save her, trading with her The Oracles code so that she could be deleated - the plan backfired and she found a new shell. I do not think that Sati has a purpose, The Oracle just promised that she would look after her.
