Sati's gift, in the closing moments of Revolutions, was a brilliant sunrise, lacking the usual greenish-matrix hues that are normally prevalent there.
Shortly before Trinity died, she saw the sun, the realsun, and is possibly the only human alive who has done so. Could there possibly be a relationship between Sati and Trinity that has enabled a program to so accurately replicate a wonderous vision of our dear Sol?

Problems with this: Trin would have to be in contact with the Matrix in order to convey the information to Sati, and Neo did not see any gold auracode around her.

Sati is quite the enigma at the moment (and possibly will remain so, until the 'inevitable' further excursions into Matrixland™), I am not convinced of any relationship between the two, but have not ruled the possibility out.

The machines probably know what the sky really looks like as they lived happily in 01 before the war that scorched the sky. Maybe the Matrix was intentionaly the green hue because it subdues humans over time? kinda like people who feel drained in winter because of less sunlight. hmmm
