Why is it that when Neo and Smith have their final fight, it shows all of the Smiths on every floor of the buildings, but the one room Neo and Smith crash into has none at all?

Just speculating here. But since Smith knows what is going to happen with the power of the oracle maybe he knew they would crash into that room.

On the other hand they might just have not been in that particular building or possibly not on that particular floor.
