»Smith Neo Equation«

Ok, so I can safely assume that I understand at least one part of the Revolutions so called "ending". We know that both Smith and Neo were both remainders of an unbalanced equation, therefore when Neo and Smith merged the equation was balanced and the Matrix was returned to a "balanced" state.

I tend to follow the theory that was put on this message board that the Oracle is really the main story here, as she is working to allow the programs without a function a chance to live rather than being deleted in the matrix.

Still, so much remains unexplained that I can only conclude that there will be books, comic books, games etc.. to keep explaining the matrix universe.

On another topic I feel that there is a very real chance of a series of pre-quels to set-up more understanding of where this has all come from.

It would be good to see the story of the man Morph was telling Neo about in The Matrix...."A man born in the Matrix who had the power to change it as he saw fit....he freed the first of us" That would be a film worth making if Warner dont go all 'hollywood' on it!

I know that much of the back story was explained in The Animatrix, but there is still a huge amount of information that could be delved into to bring us up to date to where the first Matrix begins.

I wonder if they could make the prequels from the Machines perspective with the humans coming in and out of the story.
