In the broadest sense, the Matrix movie could be seen as a symbol of the Universe created by God's Word, as it is written in John 1.1:

The essence of the Word is binary through the idea of distinction or difference, as it is written in Hebrews 4.12:

The Word is Information. A Code. Like DNA carried in the Seed, as it is written in Luke 8.11:

The seed is the word of God.

The Holy Bible contains the DNA of the Universe. The Seed has sprouted and the divine structure is now exfoliated.
