In the broadest sense, the Matrix movie could be seen as a symbol of the Universe created by God's Word, as it is written in John 1.1:

Quote:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.


The essence of the Word is binary through the idea of distinction or difference, as it is written in Hebrews 4.12:

Quote:

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.


The Word is Information. A Code. Like DNA carried in the Seed, as it is written in Luke 8.11:

The seed is the word of God.


The Holy Bible contains the DNA of the Universe. The Seed has sprouted and the divine structure is now exfoliated. When the 66 books of the Bible are displayed as three wheels within a wheel of 22 Spokes, a tri-radiant cruciform halo emerges. Each Spoke corresponds to one the 22 Hebrew letters. This is the revelation of the Capstone of the Bible and the Seal of God:
